In 2021, Russia's agricultural exports to Brazil increased by 17.35% to a total of 80.4 million US dollars, driven by the flour and cereal industry. The supply of unroasted malt and wheat gluten saw significant increases. Russia ranked 3rd in the export of flour and cereal products to Brazil, a rise from 7th place in 2020, due to zero import duty on unroasted malt in Brazil until the end of 2021. The country also began exporting tobacco products, ice cream, and alcoholic beverages. However, there was a decrease in the export volumes of wheat, malt, non-alcoholic beer, and molasses. Russia ended the year in the top 30 countries exporting agricultural products to Brazil, with a 0.64% share.
