Bagu brings to Fruit Logistica the report that supports its XLO clementine, set to transform the start of the campaign.

The century-old Castellón exporter Bagu, specialized in clementines and mandarins, will participate as an exhibitor at Fruit Logistica 2026 (February 4–6, Hall 11.2, Stand B-01), where it will present its main novelty of the season: a comprehensive technical report on its XLO clementine, an early variety that, according to the company, can redefine the start of the citrus campaign due to its quality, size, and real ability to compete with fruit from the southern hemisphere. The Burriana-based company will also unveil a second study prepared by the Valencian Institute of Agricultural Research (IVIA), which confirms that XLO perfectly withstands up to 25 days of refrigeration at cold treatment temperature, making it particularly suitable for exports to overseas markets that require cold treatments, such as the United States, China, India, or Korea.
