Baleno Agroindustry Exported Over 100 Tons of Pitahaya in 2025 to Date

For the first time in the history of Peruvian agriculture, on June 14th an event was held that marks a before and after in the production of exotic fruits in the country: the grand LED light installation in pitahaya crops. This technological innovation will allow harvests throughout the year, thus responding to the growing international demand for this fruit. It is worth noting that this technology has been applied for many years in leading pitahaya-producing countries such as Vietnam and China, where it has demonstrated resounding success as an agricultural innovation. This pioneering implementation is led by Agroindustria Baleno SAC, a Peruvian company that, with only two years of export experience and more than seven years as a national producer, has positioned itself as the country's second-largest pitahaya exporter.
