Ukrainian farmers continue to hold back sales of their products, but if initially the reason was adverse weather conditions, now everyone expects further price increases. Because of this, traders are forced to raise prices for quick deliveries. The sharp rise in prices for feed wheat to 10,200 UAH/t and for corn to 10,400-10,500 UAH/t with delivery to ports also contributes to the increase in barley prices. In Ukraine, over the past week, prices for feed barley with delivery to ports have risen by 100 UAH/t to 10,800-11,100 UAH/t or 220-222 $/t following the increase in purchase prices at the tender in Turkey.
