The Beijing Municipal Market Supervision Administration and the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Commerce have announced that from February 12, 2021, all imported cold chain foods stored at temperatures below 0°C will be included in the 'Beijing Cold Chain' traceable food varieties. This includes a wide range of frozen food products. All relevant units or individuals involved in the import, production, distribution, and sales of these foods must strictly implement food traceability and epidemic control in accordance with relevant laws. They are also responsible for ensuring that all operated imported cold chain foods are traceable and comply with the 'Four Nos and Five Nos' requirements.
