Berries in Ukraine are getting more expensive by the day, while vegetables are getting cheaper: what and how much does it cost now

Over the past week, prices for vegetables, fruits, and berries in Ukraine have fluctuated. Specifically, cucumbers became more expensive ahead of a new turnover. According to analysts at East Fruit, the lower price limit for the popular salad vegetable jumped from 22 to 30 hryvnias. Meanwhile, white cabbage continues to become cheaper - the price fell from 15-10 hryvnias/kg to 10-18, while potatoes, on the contrary, became more expensive - the upper price limit rose from 18 to 20 hryvnias. The cost of carrots also increased - the upper price limit jumped from 16 to 20 hryvnias. Tomatoes and bell peppers were cheaper than the previous week. Thus, prices decreased from 40-75 to 15-50 hryvnias/kg and from 40-65 to 20-55 hryvnias/kg, respectively. Broccoli, cauliflower, and eggplant also continued to become cheaper - from 35-65 to 30-60 hryvnias/kg, from 25-50 to 15-35 hryvnias/kg, and from 18-35 to 15-25 hryvnias/kg, respectively.
