In the Bãi Cháy Ward, Halong Marina Urban Area, BIM Group organized the groundbreaking for two projects: the Đa giác 3 social housing project, with a scale of over 2,500 units, contributing to meeting the housing needs for workers, officials, and experts in the area; and the Aria Bay Towers commercial, service, and residential complex, contributing to completing high-quality urban, service, and tourism space in the Bãi Cháy area. At the same time, in Đầm Hà and Quảng Tân communes, Quảng Ninh province, BIM Group also organized the groundbreaking ceremony for the Industrial Aquaculture and Breeding Center project combined with the Đầm Hà solar power plant, with a capacity of 100MW.
