ALD Bioenergia, based in Nova Marilândia (MT), has obtained approval for a financing of R$ 575.3 million from the National Economic and Social Development Bank (BNDES). According to information released by Valor Econômico, the amount will be used for the expansion of the industrial corn ethanol plant, with the goal of tripling the company's production capacity by 2028. According to the project details, the financial contribution is divided into two parts: R$ 359.5 million coming from the Enterprise Financing (Finem) and the Climate Fund and the other R$ 215.8 million refers to a credit limit from the BNDES Machinery and Services line, mainly intended for the acquisition of equipment.
