The Bolivian Government, through the Food Production Support Company (Emapa), has assured that the beef distributed in the country's markets carries the quality certification of the National Service of Agricultural Health and Food Safety (Senasag). Emapa's general manager, Franklin Flores, clarified that the beef supply complies with strict sanitary controls and that the market is well-stocked due to recently cleared roads. Emapa is working closely with the private sector to ensure a steady beef supply in Bolivia, aiming to stabilize prices and provide quality food products to the population, in line with President Arce's government's strategy to supply food to Bolivian households.
