Bolivia is set to export value-added quinoa to the United States in the next eight months, as announced by the Minister of Rural Development and Lands, Remmy Gonzales. The country aims to enter the global market, which has a demand of around USD 13,000 million, with a product that is nutritious and environmentally friendly due to its organic production. The Ministry of Rural Development has also approved a program worth over USD 37,800,000 to strengthen grain production.
