According to the monthly report from the National Yerba Mate Institute (INYM), between January and June, the output of yerba from the drying mills to the local market and for exports improved.
According to the data provided by the organization, these outputs totaled 162,774,700 kilos, representing a growth of 16.02% compared to the same period in 2024, when 140,292,704 kilos had been recorded.
Only in June, the statistics indicate that the output from the mills to the domestic market was 21,415,267 kilos. Thus, between January and June, the total was 138,279,554 kilos.
In June, exports contributed 5,589,406 kilos, which, added to the previous months, brought the total to 24,495,146 kilos for the January to June period.
