Borscht set vegetable market in Ukraine: Prices increased by 20% year-on-year, except for onions

During the period of the full-scale war, the prices of borscht ingredients on the Ukrainian market changed significantly, because the vegetable market in Ukraine experienced several significant shocks. "On the one hand, the situation on the vegetable market has worsened, because we used to receive the lion's share of the supply from the southern regions of Ukraine, and after the occupation of some of these territories, prices have increased significantly. On the other hand, it gave impetus to other regions to develop the vegetable sector.
