Brazil has successfully secured access to the South African market for its animal product by-exports, including protein meal, blood, and fat from poultry, pigs, and cattle. This development marks the 18th market expansion for Brazilian agricultural products this year, following extensive negotiations that commenced in 2017. The Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock has played a pivotal role in these achievements, emphasizing the quality of Brazilian products and the efficiency of its animal and plant defense system. Since the start of 2023, Brazil has managed to open markets for a variety of products in numerous countries, showcasing the expansion of its agricultural reach.
