Brazil is set to expand its agricultural exports, having recently obtained permission to export cotton seeds, eucalyptus pellita seedlings, bovine tallow to the US, and cotton seeds and eucalyptus pellita cuttings seedlings to Colombia. This adds to the 42 market opening authorizations so far this year, including exports of fish, day-old birds, and fertile eggs to Japan, melon, Arabica coffee, and coconut seeds to various countries. The expansions cover a range of products including animal protein, fruits, and plant products, with the majority of the authorizations granted in July and August.
