In November 2020, Brazil achieved a record high monthly export of 4.3 million bags of coffee, an increase of 32.2% compared to the same period in 2019, marking the third consecutive month of record coffee sales. The total coffee export turnover for November was 541.9 million USD, up 32.3% from the previous year. From the beginning of the year, Brazil's coffee exports were valued at 5.03 billion USD, a 6.7% increase compared to the first 11 months of 2019. The US continues to be the largest consumer of Brazilian coffee, accounting for 18.2% of total exports. Cecafe predicts that Brazil's coffee production will reach 61.6 million bags this year, marking the second highest production in the country's history.
