Breeders in Primorye have bred two new varieties of potatoes "Orion" and "Poseidon", which are designed for the climatic conditions of the Far East, the press service of the regional government said on Tuesday. "One of the key achievements of 2022 is the transfer for state testing of the Orion and Poseidon potato varieties that meet the modern requirements of a wide range of consumers and are intended for the climatic conditions of the regions of the Far East," the press service said in a widespread message, citing information regional ministry of agriculture.
