The increased workload is due to the large amount of sacrificial meat being processed and the traditional practice of turning it into minced meat and sausages. The butchers are experiencing a surge in demand compared to last year and are satisfied with the business. The prices for sausages and minced meat range from 10 liras to 20 liras per kilo, depending on the type of meat provided by the customer.
