An online survey titled 'Stars of Taiwanese Cuisine and Food' conducted by the Taiwan Millennium Health Foundation, the Health Promotion Administration (HPA), and the Council of Agriculture, has revealed the favorite vegetables and fruits in Taiwan. The survey found that cabbage, yam leaf, and bok choy are the most preferred vegetables, while bananas, dragon fruit, and Asian pears top the list of favorite fruits. Garlic was found to be the least favorite vegetable, followed by white beech agaric and Okinawan spinach. Durian was identified as the least popular fruit.
