The Superintendência-Geral do Conselho Administrativo de Defesa Econômica (Cade) approved, without restrictions, the acquisition by Laticínios Tirolez of the entirety of the quotas representing the share capital of Levitare Indústria e Comércio de Laticínios and Búfalo Brasil Agroindústria.
