Deng Dí stated that Cambodia will continue to promote agricultural trade, facilitating mutual access to agricultural products between the two countries, especially by exporting Cambodian agricultural products to the Chinese market through the Laotian border. The signing of this agreement marks a further strengthening of bilateral relations, with the two countries' technical working groups to jointly study the cross-border transportation process of agricultural products, aiming to open up a channel for Cambodian agricultural products to enter the Chinese market. Both parties also mentioned the possibility of deepening cooperation in multiple areas in Cambodia and Laos, including connecting value chains, supplying fertilizer raw materials from Laos, improving the investment environment, improving varieties, raising production standards, and holding agricultural achievements exhibitions. Both sides believe that all cooperation should highly emphasize quality standards, safety, low cost, and economic benefits, particularly that both parties should strengthen joint collaboration in forest fire prevention, forest protection, wildlife protection, biodiversity, and natural resource protection. Both Cambodian and Laotian sides demonstrated a strong will and firm determination to further strengthen and deepen bilateral cooperation, promoting agricultural trade and economic growth, and bringing benefits to the people of both countries.
