The KONYAALTI Municipality in Turkey is hosting the fourth Çandır Bean Festival on December 23, 2021, at HayatPark, following a pause due to the pandemic. The festival aims to promote the locally grown Çandır Beans, a key ingredient in Antalya's signature dish, tahini piyaz. These beans, grown organically and without the use of chemicals, have been cultivated and harvested by the municipality's team, significantly increasing their production capacity. The festival will feature dry beans being served to guests, with Yarbaşçandır villagers selling their handcrafted organic products.
