Carrefour reported a net loss of 401 million euros in the first half of 2025, reversing a profit of 25 million euros recorded in the same period of the previous year, according to a balance sheet released this Thursday, 24. In adjusted terms, the French retail group had a net profit of 210 million euros, a 33% annual decline. On a per-share basis, the adjusted profit was 0.32 euros. In terms of sales, the group saw an annual increase of 3.7% to 46.56 billion euros, surpassing the FactSet consensus of 41.89 billion euros.
