"We are going to achieve zero withholdings, which is what happens in the countries that have developed, that have evolved, and that have an agroindustry that is absolutely enviable," said Sergio Iraeta, Secretary of Livestock, Agriculture, and Fisheries of Argentina, during an event held today at the Buenos Aires Grain Exchange.
Iraeta, with the rank of secretary, shared a panel with María Ignacia Fernández, Minister of Agriculture of Chile; Luis Alfredo Fratti, Minister of Livestock, Agriculture, and Fisheries of Uruguay; and Cleber Soares, Vice Minister of Agriculture and Livestock of Brazil.
The Argentine official highlighted the policies implemented in Chile, Brazil, and Uruguay.
