The agricultural holding "Rosa" and other suppliers are planning to increase the prices of their products by 10-20% from November 4 due to a significant rise in the prices of grain and leguminous crops. The cost of buckwheat and oats in the Altai Territory has increased by 38% and 32% respectively from August 1 to October 15. The high prices are due to high production costs, poor quality harvest, low carryover stocks, and the end of the ban on the export of cereals. The Ministry of Agriculture assures that the domestic production of the main types of cereals and raw materials for them meets the existing demand.
