Chechen farmers in Russia increased their acreage by 10% in 4 years

Over the course of four years, the Chechen Republic experienced an increase in sown areas by 10%. At the moment, 278 thousand hectares are allocated for the needs of farmers, according to a study by Rosselkhozbank and the regional Ministry of Agriculture. A large area of land for sowing - 47.9 thousand hectares - is located in the Grozny region of the republic.
