[Rural Economy and Fisheries Newspaper=Reporter Park Nara] Cheongyang County is expanding the scope of local government perceived by citizens by consecutively pushing forward on-site-centered policies that encompass regional economic revitalization, robust welfare, and living safety. The county announced on the 26th that it visited the Cheongyang branch of the Korea Rural Community Corporation to speed up the spread of the ‘Smart Cheongyang All-County Movement’ by year-end, and discussed ways to expand participation of public institutions. The county shared practical cooperation directions such as prioritizing local purchases, expanding the use of local restaurants, and promoting collaboration for employee participation campaigns, requesting that public institutions act as a bridge to facilitate private sector spread. Along with this, the county is working with local merchants, food service businesses, and companies.
