Turkey: Chili pepper is exported to 101 countries

According to the information compiled from the data of the Southeastern Anatolian Exporters' Associations (GAİB), 9 million 222 thousand dollars of chili pepper exports were made from Turkey in 2021. In the January-September period of last year, 6 million 602 thousand dollars were obtained in return for 2 thousand 601 tons of products, while in the same period of this year, 6 million 817 thousand dollars were obtained from the export of 2 thousand 954 tons of chili peppers. Chili pepper exports increased by 3 percent compared to the same period of the previous year. During this period, stamps were issued to 101 countries including Germany, Netherlands, England, Iraq, USA, France, Russia, United Arab Emirates, Czechia, Denmark, Malta, Tajikistan, Equatorial Guinea, Cuba, Togo, Morocco, Niger, Japan and Ghana.
