China imported 1.15 million tons of pork and offal between January and June of 2025, according to data released by the General Administration of Customs of China. This figure represents a 3.6% increase compared to the first half of 2024, when 1.11 million tons were imported. Although the growth is not high, it interrupts the downward trend observed in the first half of 2024 compared to 2023. Of the 1.15 million tons of pork products imported by China in the first half of 2025, 620,000 tons corresponded to offal, which represents 54% of the total.
