The European Commission has released the final results of its investigation into electric vehicles from China, leading China to launch an anti-subsidy investigation, particularly targeting dairy products such as cheese, cream, and bulk cheeses. Dutch dairy cooperative FrieslandCampina, along with other affected member companies, will cooperate with the investigation. The tariffs, expected to affect mainly butter, milk, powdered milk, cream, and common types of cheese, could potentially block all dairy trade if they are significantly high, although it would have a minor impact on EU exports to China, which are around €1.7 billion.
