The investigative authorities have finally determined that imported pork and pork by-products originating from the European Union were being dumped, causing significant damage to the national industry, and that there was a causal relationship between the dumping and the significant damage. Therefore, as of December 17, anti-dumping duties have been imposed on meat and by-products imported from the EU. The affected products are: fresh, refrigerated, and frozen pork; fresh, refrigerated, and frozen pork offal; fresh, refrigerated, frozen, dried, smoked, salted, or pickled pork fat and lard that are not refined or extracted by other methods and do not contain lean meat; and entire or cut pork intestines, bladders, and stomachs, fresh, refrigerated, frozen, dried, smoked, salted, or pickled. As of December 17, 2025, importers of pork and pork by-products originating from the European Union must pay the corresponding anti-dumping duties at the Customs of the People's Republic of China. ...
