CJ CheilJedang has decided to sell its feed business subsidiary CJ Feed & Care to the Dutch company Royal De Heus. Royal De Heus announced that it has signed a share purchase agreement to acquire 100% of CJ Feed & Care's businesses in Vietnam, Indonesia, Korea, Cambodia, and the Philippines. The sale price is reported to be around 1.2 trillion won. With this acquisition, Royal De Heus will obtain 17 feed factories.
