The Western North Region of Ghana, known for its food production, is being negatively impacted by climate change, leading to declining farm yields and increased post-harvest losses. The ReDIAL project, funded by the European Union and implemented by a consortium of partners, aims to improve food security and nutrition and enhance the livelihoods of smallholder farmers in the region. The project will implement innovative technologies and establish multi-stakeholder dialogue platforms to address the challenges of climate change in agriculture. The first meetings of these platforms were held in February 2021, with plans for quarterly meetings starting in June 2021.
