The 16th edition of the International Cocoa and Chocolate Salon, which began yesterday and ends on July 20 at the Lima Convention Center, will feature an international business roundtable taking place today. The international business roundtable, promoted by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (Mincetur) and the Promotion Commission of Peru for Export and Tourism (PromPerú), will include 18 international buyers from 12 countries, including Germany, France, Japan, United Arab Emirates, Canada, Norway, among others. This is a valuable opportunity for cocoa cooperatives and companies from nine producing regions of the country, seeking to expand their commercial horizons. Similarly, tomorrow (July 19) a national business round will be held by the Ministry of Production (Produce), where local and regional cooperatives and enterprises will participate.
