From September 24 to October 1, 2021, in the Republic of Kazakhstan, inspections revealed 72 plant quarantine violations in the importation of regulated products, including 743 tons of produce, 265 m3 of lumber, and 10,479 flower crop seedlings and rhizomes. These violations, such as missing phytosanitary certificates and failure to label, led to administrative responsibility and fines. Additionally, the importation of pears and apples from Kyrgyzstan led to the identification of the eastern moth, and since the beginning of the year, 4,900 violations have been reported, resulting in significant fines.
