Muhammad Ali Leuhoe, a farmer from Lembata, East Nusa Tenggara, has achieved a turnover of IDR 2 billion from candlenuts and cashews. He started his career as an agricultural extension assistant and then became a farmer in the hazelnut and cashew nut processing field in 2016. His business has expanded to include a grocery store and an expedition business. His success is due to his hard work, innovation in processing candlenuts, and cooperation with SMK-PP Negeri Kupang. The Ministry of Agriculture has appointed him as one of the Mainstay Farmer Ambassadors of 67 Millennial Farmer to inspire the millennial generation to pursue agricultural business.
