Agro-Alimentarias Cooperatives anticipates that the current stone fruit campaign will have 5% less production compared to 2024, with 1,440,786 tons in a harvest that will be shorter due to "several climatic accidents", as they detailed this Thursday in a statement. The organization has presented these data within the framework of the European forum where representatives of the main European Union (EU) producing countries, Italy, France, Greece, and Spain, collaborate to share information about sector production.
