Central Sulawesi's Touna Regency has initiated a threefold agricultural export movement, inspired by the Minister of Agriculture, with the first shipment of Touna corn in 2018 and the continuation in 2020. Under the Gratieks movement, other exports like coconut water concentrate have been made, contributing to economic growth and welfare. The Ministry of Agriculture is supporting this initiative, aiming to stabilize prices and reduce poverty through increased agricultural exports. Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, there's been a 24.35% increase in agricultural exports in Semester 1 - 2020, with a goal to achieve a triple target value by 2024. The regency's potential for maize production is high, with over 28,000 hectares for food crop agriculture and the possibility of more with sustainable development. This success is attributed to collaboration and efforts to enhance the economic potential of the Muna Regency.
