Cooperatives Acor and Bodega Cuatro Rayas join forces to promote the hiring of workers in their respective agricultural campaigns, coordinating the labor supply during the grape harvest and beet processing periods. The objective of this collaboration between their Human Resources departments is to facilitate employees' ability to chain both seasonal jobs, taking advantage of the different timing of the campaigns to improve labor continuity and strengthen employment in rural areas. The grape harvest of Bodega Cuatro Rayas usually takes place between the months of August, September, and October, a period conditioned by the optimal ripening time of the grapes in the Rueda area. For its part, ACOR's beet campaign begins in mid to late October and extends until February or early March, when the processing concludes at the Olmedo factory.
