Cusco: Forage oat seeds delivered to producers in 19 communities in Espinar

The Vegetation Coverage project by the Provincial Municipality of Espinar, Cusco region, continues to promote agricultural development with the delivery of bags of certified forage oat seeds to the beneficiary producers from 19 communities in the district.

This action aims to ensure a successful sowing for the 2025–2026 agricultural campaign, guaranteeing quality feed for sheep, South American camelids, cattle, and smaller animals.

Additionally, each cultivation area has been georeferenced by the project's technical team, which will allow for detailed monitoring and evaluation of the quality of the oats produced in this campaign.

Thanks to the political decision of the local authorities, the distribution is carried out in a timely manner, in coordination with the community leaders and the peasant patrols, who work together to achieve an efficient sowing and a bountiful harvest.
