Dairy quotations are down; The New Zealand Global Dairy Trade is also down

The quotation for fresh butter this week is 462 euros, 10 euros lower than last week. Whole milk powder drops by 6 euros to 345 euros. For skimmed milk powder for consumption purposes there is a minus of 4 euros to 233 euros. There is a similar decrease for the quotation of skimmed milk powder for animal feed purposes, which amounts to 215 euros. For whey powder, a decrease of 4 euros was recorded this week, bringing it to 59 euros. After a decline at the end of 2022, most dairy prices have remained stable since February.
