The National Commission for Development and Life without Drugs (Devida) strengthened 26 producer organizations in the Ucayali and Huánuco regions, with an emphasis on the Puerto Inca province, through the application of the Diagnostic Assessment of Organizational Status (VEO). The intervention allowed for the evaluation of the status of cooperatives, associations, and productive committees in key aspects such as institutional management, governance, production, and commercial articulation. As a result, 26 improvement plans were formulated aimed at closing gaps and strengthening the competitiveness of the organizations.
