Bulgaria: Amendments on direct payments ordinance for East Frisian sheep and milkmaids

Published today in the State Gazette, issue 17, amendments to Ordinance № 3/2015 on the application of direct payment schemes include in the list of tied payments for sheep and goats under selection the East Frisian sheep breed. To the farmers who sell raw milk on the market through milking machines, a requirement appears in a new item 9 to para. 1 of Art. 27a to transmit fiscal reports from the direct sales machine. In Art. 25 the term for application of replaced animals shall be extended until the last day for submission of applications for support. Regarding proving the sale of milk or dairy products, as well as animals, in Art. 27a specifies the requirement to the accounting documents with the text that invoices for payment by bank and fiscal cash receipts for payment in cash, issued by the fiscal device, when farmers are traders within the meaning of Art. 1 of the Commercial Law.
