Mexico: EDOMEX guarantees health in aquaculture centers of the entity

PRESS RELEASE GOVERNMENT OF THE STATE OF MEXICO. The State of Mexico has three Aquaculture Centers located in the municipalities of Calimaya, Jocotitlán and Villa Guerrero, which supply the entity's producers. They have 2,153 production units registered in the entity of various species such as trout, carp, tilapia and bullfrog, among others. CALIMAYA, Mexico. With biosecurity measures and good practices, the Government of the State of Mexico guarantees the health of the production that takes place in the entity's Aquaculture Centers. This production, intended for human consumption, is carried out with good quality water and favorable climatic conditions that are generated mainly in the municipalities of Amanalco, Valle de Bravo, Nicolás Romero, Villa del Carbón, Ocoyoacac, Jilotzingo and Donato Guerra.
