Eighteen regions have completed rapeseed sowing, with 89.3% of the forecasted areas planted with grains.

As of November 3, 2025, Ukrainian farmers have sown 5,908.4 thousand hectares of winter crops. This represents 90% of the projected areas. The largest areas for winter grain crops have been allocated in the Odesa (675 thousand hectares), Dnipropetrovsk (569.1 thousand hectares), Mykolaiv (592.5 thousand hectares), and Kirovohrad (426 thousand hectares) regions.
