The Murmansk region in Russia has started exporting sea urchin caviar to the United Arab Emirates, following successful laboratory tests confirming its quality. This marks a pilot batch for a potential increase in shipments, with the UAE accrediting two Murmansk enterprises for deliveries. The region has also established supplies of live sea urchins to Belarus and Kazakhstan this year. Sea urchin caviar is valued for its rejuvenating properties, potential to increase potency and body defenses, and rich content of iodine, amino acids, and polyunsaturated fats.
