White oat crops in Rio Grande do Sul are facing difficulties with seeding due to excessive moisture conditions in some regions of the state. According to the bulletin, despite planting obstacles, the vegetative development of established crops is considered satisfactory. The stand uniformity is good, and no relevant phytosanitary problems have been recorded. Technical assistance highlights that producers are advancing in crop management, focusing on nitrogen fertilization coverage and weed control, especially in more advanced crops. According to Emater/RS-Ascar, "despite specific challenges related to weather conditions, the crop maintains an adequate productive potential".
