From January to May 2022, the export value of dairy products such as condensed milk and cream, butter and other fats obtained from milk, and cheese and cottage cheese significantly increased. Condensed milk and cream exports rose by 72% to EUR 246 million, with a 15% increase in quantity. Butter and other fats obtained from milk saw a 140% increase in export value to EUR 205 million, with a 51% rise in quantity. Cheese and cottage cheese exports increased by 24% to EUR 455 million, with a slight 1% increase in quantity.
