These guidelines include the necessity for the representative of the producer organization to register the export complex with the Quarantine Headquarters and for growers to implement the Agricultural Goods Management (GAP). Additionally, quarantine requirements such as pest management and compliance with pesticide safety standards to prevent quarantine pests in the Philippines will need to be met.
