Export of mustard from Russia's Stavropol territory to Germany increased compared to last year

Selling mustard is more profitable than rapeseed. Since the beginning of 2023, specialists of the North Caucasian Interregional Directorate of Rosselkhoznadzor have controlled the export supplies of 396 tons of mustard in the Stavropol Territory, the agency reports. Products were shipped from the Georgievsky district and were sent to Germany. This year's exports have already exceeded last year's figures by 89.4% (only 42 tons were shipped in 2022). Before shipment, the mustard has passed the necessary tests. Phytosanitary certificates were issued for the products only after establishing the conformity of the products with the requirements of the Russian Federation and the importing country.
