Colombia's agricultural sector has experienced a significant boost in 2022, with live cattle exports resuming in August and meat and dairy exports reaching their highest monthly performance. The revenue from these segments has surpassed 344 million dollars, a 32% increase from 2021. Live cattle exports have generated the highest revenue, followed by meat and offal, and dairy products. Egypt has been the largest buyer of live cattle. Although meat and offal exports have seen a decrease from 2021, they have surpassed the previous years' figures. Dairy exports have also seen an increase in volume and revenue compared to 2020.
